Aussie Government Survey on Chaplaincy that you MUST fill out!

Well, finally the Federal Government has released its long awaited Discussion Paper on the National Schools Chaplaincy Program. You will remember that Julia Gillard more or less pre-empted the outcome of the Review (it was supposed to happen last year) by announcing a further $222M for this Program, even before the Review had a chance to be completed and make its recommendations!

It is a highly flawed survey, as you will see, and parts of it were written by Sir Humphrey Applebee, but it is important that you attempt to do your best to fill it in, and offer your secular opinion of this travesty.
It appears to give no leeway to folk like me who think that it should be scrapped immediately.
