SA Convent Converted to something actually useful.
Workers have begun knocking down a 106-year-old convent at Naracoorte in the south-east of South Australia.
The historic building is being demolished to make way for a car park for a shopping centre expansion.
There is apparent outrage that this monument to infantile delusion, and a clear symbol of the churches’ intentional genocide of the indiginous inhabitants is being demolished. I won’t shed any tears.
