Well, that’s about it for atheism, eh? God Proven Miracle!
MacKillop miracle recipient comes forward
The woman said to have been miraculously cured of inoperable cancer after praying to Mary MacKillop has been identified for the first time and has spoken of her experience.
Late last month the Vatican cleared the way for Mary MacKillop to become Australia’s first saint by endorsing her second miracle.
Kathleen Evans, from Lake Macquarie south of Newcastle, has given her account of how she was cured of inoperable cancers in her lungs and brain.
Ms Evans says after being diagnosed she wore a picture of Mary MacKillop, with a piece of the nun’s clothing attached, and prayed to her constantly, as did her family.
The mother of five says she was shocked when scans showed her cancer was gone.
And: The Gold-Plated scientific double-blinded evidence?
Ms Evans says she has no doubt her recovery was a miracle.
This whole atheism lark was fun while it lasted, eh?
Ring Dawkins, Harris, Hitchens et alii and tell them the bad news.
Perhaps we can ‘convert’ the 2010 Global Atheist Convention into a miracle-fest of some sort.
Lemme see, I know a Jewish shmutter who can churn out pieces of ragged Nun’s clothing ad infinitum!
